Order Tracking
Track your shipment with the order confirmation email and tracking link we send when your package ships. You can also look up status using the email address used at checkout.
When tracking appears
Orders typically process within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you receive a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow carrier scans until delivery.
Delivery window
After shipment, allow an estimated 3–7 business days within the United States depending on your location and carrier conditions. We ship US-only from Irvine, CA.
Lost or stolen packages
Once an order has shipped and tracking is provided, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We strongly recommend Route shipping protection at checkout. File Route claims directly with Route if you purchased protection.
